The baker behind the cookies
Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I am the baker behind the scenes of The Flour Market. Right after high school I went to Le Cordon Bleu for their baking and patisserie program and graduated in 2013. I have worked at 5 star restaurants as an assistant pastry chef and other local bakeries until 2019 when I decided to bake on my own full time. My first official cookie presale was Valentines in 2020 and since then I have been making cookies for all occasions and events. Thank you for helping me make my love for baking into a dream job! |
